Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. Physics Made Hands-On is a digital product delivered by email the moment your payment clears. If for any reason it isn't for you, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund 100% of what you paid. No questions, no forms, no hidden clauses.
How to request a refund
Send an email to marianomanzor27@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with the word REFUND in the subject line. You do not need to explain why. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
What the refund covers
The full order: the main product, the bonuses and any add-on bought with it. Access to the material is revoked once the refund is issued.
Digital delivery
Because the product is delivered digitally, there is nothing to ship back and nothing to return. Downloading or using the material does not void your right to a refund inside the 30-day window.
Problems before a refund
If the issue is access, delivery or payment, email us first - most of those are solved in one reply, and you keep your 30 days either way.
